our shipping time frame is 3-10 business days right now. Shipping will vary depending on how many orders are coming through the shop and live sales. Every package is carefully packaged, once it is out of my hands and in to the hands of the post office i am not reliable for any issues unless i have personally put the wrong address myself. Any orders with the wrong address will not be refunded if shipped out once the label is printed. you must reach out to me before your package is out for delivery to correct the address. If i do not reach out before it is shipped, that means your label was printed and is out for delivery or will be soon. I am a one woman shop and i put everything in my soul to fulfill your orders. please be patient and understanding with my policies. I appreciate your business and trust in my shop.
